Mike and I have been best friends and business partners for over 25 years. We have created a variety of successful brands, including the famous Baby Genius and Kid Genius Children's brands. Genius Brands is still a great public company on the NASDAQ exchange with a market cap of approximately $100m.
We have been involved in the wine and spirit distribution business for the past two years, brokering over 1 million bottles to a variety of large retailers. We also have friends and shareholders that have created extremely valuable spirits and wine brands and with our connections ranging from wineries and distilleries to major distributors and retailers, we have decided that it is time to build brand equity in our own labels.
We have teamed up with a long-time friend and famous artist Todd Goldman, who has sold over $400,000,000 worth of merchandise to retailers globally, to create a variety of catchy and fun labels including such brands as "Happy Hour" and "I Made IT Big".
Research has found that “In a whopping 82 percent of instances, the survey respondents admitted that they made their selections based on the appearance of the labels.” Instead of producing spirits with boring labels, Todd Goldman is creating amazing designs that are immediately eye-catching!
We believe that it is great to have a label that sells, but it's equally as important to have a customer return to your brand. We are planning on creating amazing wine spirits out of the finest ingredients. Our offerings will include organic Malbecs from Mendoza in Argentina, produced by the #1 awarded organic winery in the world, Gold Label Mexican Tequila, and 6 times distilled American Vodka.

Direct to Consumer is a fastly increasing field for wine and spirits sales. One wine and spirit distributor was seeing "a 798% increase in new member sign-ups between March 15 and April 4." with Winc having "an 80% increase in revenue"

Selling DTC gives us the added benefit of increasing our margins by upselling our customers while building a loyal customer list. Plus, we can establish a wine of the month club, allowing us to retain customers and further increase revenue.
Consumers get bored of seeing the same thing in every aisle, which is why we will constantly come out with new labels and wine brands. Retailers will appreciate the freshness of all of our brands.
A major goal of ours is to get our drinks into bars and night clubs. For this, we have a completely unique selling proposition to offer art to all buyers and distributors. And it is great marketing for us, going into a bar and seeing a unique piece of art of our bottles hanging on the wall!
We plan to continuously provide our retail partners with new fun and catchy labels, keeping their shelves "fresh" and fun for their customers!
As we grow these labels it is our intention to eventually sell them off to larger competitors. We may also take the company public to give our investors an easy exit strategy.
